How to read the numbers

Skill matches are estimates, not predictions. "Career Pathways" scores how much your skills overlap an insurance role (derived from O*NET) — not a probability of being hired or how fast you'll advance.
Visa-filing wages aren't typical pay. DOL H-1B/PERM figures are wages employers attest to in filings — a regulatory floor on an offer, skewed toward senior/specialized roles, and national.
Wages are base unless noted. BLS figures exclude commissions, bonuses, and overtime; real take-home is usually higher.
Southeast focus. Coverage is NC, SC, VA, GA, and FL; national figures are labeled as such.
